Kindly send any donations to WM Diamond Crusherz Softball C/O Bree Padilla 15 Dawn St Chicopee, MA 01020. For tax-reporting purposes, all checks must be made payable to the WMDC or Western Mass Diamond Crusherz only. Please do not address checks to teams, coaches, players or parents. All Donors will receive a donation invoice for tax-reporting and deduction purposes upon written request. Please provide your company name and mailing address.
Western Mass Diamond Crusherz Softball is different from some other softball organizations in the Western Mass area in that we are a small non-profit organization that does not receive any governmental or grant assistance. Our primary revenue source is registration fees paid by families, proceeds from our annual fundraisers, and donations received from generous individuals and businesses. Since these funds do not cover all of the organization’s operating expenses, families often must raise their own funds to pay for equipment, training fees, travel, and tournament entry fees. The average cost per player per year to participate can cost $500 or more, which is particularly difficult for families with more than one player and/or modest means.
